After a successful launch group has come and gone, so has 2020. We at Arts Hub are excited to move on to our next Arts Hub Fellowship online cohort! Could you be one of the Artists joining us this go around?
Over six weeks, a group of 8-10 artists will learn skills and gain tools to make their art practice more sustainable. During that time, participants will take workshops on thinking about the business side of their work, marketing techniques, and strategically planning how they move forward in their practice. Artists will also walk away with their own one-year strategic plan to help them achieve the goals they set in their creative practice, whatever those goals may be.
In addition to workshops, artists will have a chance to learn from, and grow a supportive network with their peers. Each artist will be from the Albuquerque area and there will be opportunities for participants to learn and grow from one another as well as offer support to fellow cohort members. The hope is that each artist leaves with a bigger network of support than when they began.
To help artists implement what they learned, each cohort member will receive a $200 stipend simply for attending all six weeks. It is our hope that this allows a tiny kick start to test new theories and practices in their creative work and take that first step towards their new plan.
